If your tap is not properly working, fix it! If your kitchen cabinet doors are hanging, do fix them ! Everything should be in a good working order! And of course one of the most important rules for the kitchen design is to keep clean your oven and stove top! It is of an extreme significance as the stove represent the wealth and prosperity! The gas stove is recommended and the stainless still kitchen appliances and accessories as they are already well known on the market and at affordable price, it should be considered if you are planning a remodeling. 
 
            

 If the stove is in a position that when you are cooking you have to be with your back to the kitchen entrance, you should place a mirror behind it! It is any way nice to have a mirror behind the stove,to reflect the burners (hot plates) when preparing the meal which increases the income in your house! If the design of the dining room affords, you should place a mirror to reflect the dining table. As a center piece on the table you might place a round bowl with either fresh fruit or cut flowers.Avoid using triangular decorative plates,mirrors and any decoration at all. They should be octagonal,oval or round... The sharp angles are not advised! If you do have a forthcoming kitchen remodeling, you should order kitchen cabinets on legs. One of the main rules in the Feng Shui is having all furniture on legs so the air might circulate under the floor kicthen cabinets not allowing a bad energy to detain under there. It is recommended to have not any objects under the bed, the sofa, the cabinets and etc.The sink should be near to the fridge and the washer, and not opposite to the stove, because in this case you might provoke some quarrels with your spouse. If you have the sink opposite to your stove and could not have that fix for some reason, then you have to place a green rug on the floor between them and if the space allows-a pot with a green plant.
You should not use red as walls color in the kitchen because it is the color of the fire and it would bring too much energy in the kitchen which will not allow the attraction of enough wealth and prosperity.Red could be used on the accessories in this room. The interior colors should be earthy, soft and elegant like beige, brown, pale green, pale blew, soft orange or yellow. Do not place fountains or the money frogs in this room! As in any room, here the good lighting is very desirable!
So, have your kitchen always clean, the garbage must be taken out every day!The stove must be always well cleaned and if you have the sink opposite to your stove, a green rug  or a green plant must be placed in them in order to prevent your family of quarrels!

Dining room table and chairs shall be placed in a position which will not impede the free movement around them. If you do have a rug placed under the table, the chairs shall tread on it.
Do not place a photograph of a deceased family member as it will cause digestion issues.
Do not place a clock in your dining room as the focuss should not be an passage of the time whilst you are having your meal.
Always have an even numbers of chars around the dining table, in order to avoid separation.

The free air circulation in each room of the property is extremely important in Feng Shui. It welcomes the good Chi energy. We have to pay extreme attention to the bedroom design, because we often are tempted to  overcrowd it. The foremost - get rid of the clutter!-especially under the bed! It is very good Feng Shui the bed to be lifted on legs so the good Chi energy could have a free flow.
Do not place a TV in the bedroom because of it radio-waves. Do try to avoid having your computer in your bedroom and if you are using the bedroom as a home office as well, you should never forget to turn off the computer every night!
- The sloped ceiling draws out the good energy and that is why you should have a murals with a soft blue sky with fleecy clouds on the ceiling. You might have it painted in more saturated colors or very pale-depending on your personal taste and on the style of the room/house,
- The beams on the ceiling are another antipode. In case we do have such architecture feature in the bedroom, we should go for a bed with canopy or  we simply should create a ceiling canopy right above the bed.

         

- The bed should not be placed under the window, as at night the body needs a strong support for a good regeneration. In any case a solid headboard is recommended, but in the case with th ebed placed under the window it is a must! You better have thick curtains which you should close at night so the good health of yours will be protected.                                                                                                  
- Do not place the bed very close to the wall, so you could not have an access from the both sides, as this could limited your friendships. You have to have enough space on both side of the bed so you might palce night stands or a noght stand on one side and a small end table on the other side of the bed.                                                                                                                    
- Do place an art work on the wall which represents something you would like to accomplish in your life. In which case your sub consciousness will be working whilst you are sleeping .If the art work presents objects , they must be in pair.
- The mirrors in th ebedroom should not be facing the bed. The best Feng Shui is not having a mirror in that room placed visible, you could have it easily mounted on the inner side of the wardrob doors.
If you have your wardrob all mirrored, then you might set a ceiling curtain rod and have a suitable curtain to cover the mirrors. If that is not a possibility, then you have to place a big piece of decoration on front of the mirror. The idea is that you should not see your reflection , when you lie in the bed. It strenghten the love and the happiness of the owner/s of the property.
Try to avoid having plants in your bedroom, as they will deprive you of the significant for you oxygen at the night ( at night the plants consume more oxygen). Do use cut flowers on the night stands, they are creating romance and ellegance.

Often times we do not invest enough attention or effort in decorating this particular room, and it shouldn't be the case, because it is one very important part of the house if you are seeking wealth! The location of the bathroom in the architecture plan of our home is important, all though most likely we wont be able to fix that issue by having in on the right location, we are able to subdue the fact of the location by having the right decoration. If any of the above cases apply to your bathroom, you should have a full sized mirror placed on the outer side of the bathroom door to deflect the Chi energy going away. Place a bowl with pebbles on the toilet cistern. Place ceramic vases or statues in each corner of the bathroom. Do paint the walls or at least the focal wall in red. Try to have a red or black rug on front of the toilet seat. Do be careful Do not place mirrors to reflect the toilet! Mirrors should be placed to reflect the water! If the bathroom allows, you might want to place a nice crystal chandelier in the middle of the room. If you do have a spot lights, try the one in the middle of the bathroom to by crystal, or if you do not have such lighting, just glue a crystal to the middle of the ceiling of the bathroom. Flee the clutter! Keep the lid of the toilet always closed! Close the door of the bathroom! Have the ventilation system regularly cleaned and DO keep the faiance always clean to sparkling! Never keep family pictures in that room! Never keep money frog in that room! In conclusion-the bathroom is equally important to the erection of good wealth so do not neglect the attention in details!
